Here's how you could do it:

If you'd like to invite any others in your association here, feel free to and (a) have them join one of the current groups here and THEN (b) YOU COULD set up a special group for (Fill-in-the-Blank, e.g., Olivet or Nazarene Denominational) Educators at this location-- and they could join that as well.

If you do that, you could both administer THAT particular group while bringing them into the larger NING site. It's just an idea, but may be helpful in some way.
